Purpose: Short Term Team Coordinator for Interface and Assist Teams
Responsibilities: Work with ITF-PNG staff on scheduling future trip dates and costs for those trips
Review ITF’s page on Internet & inform Webmaster about pertinent data changes for those upcoming trips
Oversee any changes in ITF Handbook information and assure that enough copies get reproduced for applicants, including the inserts to be entered into them (i.e. payment am’ts. & dates, and document deadlines)
 Implement requested changes in syllabus content as to its reproduction
 Create “team” accounts
 Contact travel agency (or agencies) to work out itineraries for upcoming ITF trips and handling contracts and deviations
 Work on budgets for future ITF trips and once established, pass that trip price on to Webmaster
 Send out app packs and/or literature requested (in the absence of someone else)
 Receive, review and enter data from applicants for the ITF, HSP and STVW programs
 Direct international inquiries of the ITF program to respective Int’l. offices
 Review incoming reference forms, and file in applicants’ folders
 Answer emails / phone calls from applicants, family members of applicants and their pastors
 Respond to inquiries for general information about SUMMIT or NTM and attempt to connect them with the right dept.
 Send out update letters & acct. printouts periodically

REQUIREMENTS
Degree: NTM Training
Experience: Field Experience Big Plus.
Skills: Office Skills.Compurter skills in Word and excel
